No Dew or Rain

What does it mean to follow God's call in YOUR life? This week we journeyed with Elijah through 1 Kings 17, watching him obey God's word without hesitation—even when it led him to a dried-up stream and the doorstep of his enemies.


Elijah didn't get the comfortable path. He experienced the drought he proclaimed. He was fed by unclean ravens. He camped near Jezebel's father in Sidon. Yet through it all, God provided miraculously—flour that never ran out, oil that never dried up, and even life restored to a widow's son.


The secret? Elijah was so saturated in God's word that he knew God's voice. He didn't need a roadmap for every step because he knew the heart of the One calling him. When we pursue relationship with Jesus through His word, His desires become our desires. His will becomes clear.


Are you listening closely enough to know His voice? God has called YOU to something amazing.
